Ordered the tequila lime chicken pasta and it was AMAZING! I am a very picky eater and this entree is easily one of the best I've every had! Cafe Bravo is a hidden gem in Oakdale. If you come for a visit or live here, you need to come to this restaurant. It is AMAZING!

The Cafe Bravo is a hidden gem in Oakdale CA. Whether you visit their little bar for a great margarita and assorted beers in frosted mugs, or dine at the bar or be seated for dinner, the food is never disappointing. The staff is always cheerful and super efficient.I hardly ever write reviews of restaurants, but since my daughter and I have been customers for over three years its way overdue. Thanks, and a big shout out to our favorite servers Grace and Angelina.

The food was good (fajita burrito) atmosphere was okay too.

Food is AMAZING I'm Hispanic and picky when it comes to Mexican food nothin beats home food but this feels and tastes like home staff is very nice owner javi always comes out and says hello when I'm there

hands down, Best Latin food in the Area! Try the "Chino Latino Egg". Cafe Bravo is by far one of our favorite restaurants in Oakdale. All the ITEX in Modesto staff eat there as often as possible! (We all work in and or have lived in Oakdale for years)

We frequented Cafe Bravo regularly for awhile. And then....And then our orders arrived at our table not how we ordered our meals. Not once, but several times on different visits. And then the service lagged...and lagged...and lagged. The food is good and plentiful. Prices are decent--not great but decent. But we haven't been back in awhile because of the past poor experiences.

This place has incredible food, Sabor Latino (Latin Flavor) is definitely beyond "Mexican Food". Update 1 year and 75 - 100 meals later: Wow! Great food, great service, nice people - friendly happy atmosphere, incredible variety of delicious food.

First visit here. Having dinner with the in-laws very tasty food and delicious margaritas. Great table options if you're a party of 4 or less. Highly recommend a visit if near by.

Place was clean with fast service and great staff. Menu had many options to choose from. Food was excellent and highly expected for great Mexican dinner.

Very nice staff, great food. Very busy, never too long of a wait. I love the coconut shrimp appetizer, and the Mexican ceaser salad with grilled shrimp! Margarita's are perfect!

Had chilli rellenos the best I've had and I've been to a lot of restaurants. Wait staff was great will definitely be going back .

By far my favorite Latin cuisine in the Central Valley. I'm currently my favorite restaurant in Oakdale. Very friendly staff fantastic food at affordable prices. I would highly recommend to this location to any travelers or local residents. We do not live in Oakdale. But well worth the drive for a fantastic meal either for friends or a romantic evening. Or if you just want to watch some great sports

Yummy food. Try the tequila lime pasta; a tasty mixture of Mexican and Italian cuisine. Also, the chino Latino egg rolls are another great cuisine mixture.

Y'all may think that my opinion is biased which I agree with you 100%I've been a satisfied customer since when Bravo opened in 2000. I will not say that anyone is not truthful with their negative review because I was not there with them & it doesn't matter to me. I've been blessed with never... YES... Never, having had a bad plate nor server.The restaurant has seen many difficult economic times & survived those times which IMO proves their mettle in all around quality.:)

Went for lunch when we visited our family in Oakdale. Great food but the service could have been faster.

Very dissatisfied with the food! I ordered the fish tacos and asked if they would be crispy and was told yes, they were soggy. The pineapple salsa was not so fresh and the food was completely under seasoned. If you are going to charge upscale prices then you better be putting out upscale food! Refried beans had no flavor.

We have been going there for several years now. Our food is always hot and fresh. Summer is a wonderful server.

Wow! Best mexican I have ever had. I got the volcano entree, which was more of a showpiece than meal. It came to the table literally bubbling and has killer flavor. Plus more toppings than I could possibly use with the hot tortillas. I also got the ultimate margarita. I think I will be buzzing for hours. SO got the Mar y Tierra entree, which was incredibly flavorful. It only came w 3 prawns, which was slightly disappointing. The salsa and chips are good too -- the salsa tasted roasted and had excellent heat.

Wonderful. I had their Ham shanks tonight, delicious, maybe a little too sweet. Had a last call apricot beer yum. Tried the Coconut soup very good. Excellent service. Will definitely go again.

Not what I expected from the outside appearance. You walk in and it's slightly more fancy than you would expect. Making it a great choice for us ladies to meet with one another and catch up. I had the Asada Quesadilla and it was delicious.
